A twenty-two Member Board of Trustees governs the Pool. Nineteen of the Members are voting Members. Of the nineteen voting Members, fifteen are elected from the TML Regions in Texas and four trustees at Large and two Citizen Trustees appointed by the Chairman with approval of the Board. In addition, there are three Ex-Officio trustees whom represent the TML Board, the TML IRP Board and the Executive Director of TML.
