Transition to Enrollee ID

In an effort to protect the health information of covered individuals, TML Intergovernmental Employee Benefits Pool (TML IEBP) will make the transition from covered individual social security numbers to enrollee identification numbers and/or dependent identification numbers. This transition will take place for benefit plan years beginning 9/1/06 and later. Instead of using your social security number on correspondence, TML IEBP will begin to use enrollee and/or dependent identification numbers. The enrollee and/or dependent identification number will be on your Benefit ID Card and will be included on written correspondence and the explanation of benefits document.
