Board of Trustees
A twenty-two Member Board of Trustees governs the Pool. Nineteen of the Members are voting Members. Of the nineteen voting Members, fifteen are elected from the TML regions in Texas and Trustees at Large appointed by the Chairman with approval of the Board. In addition, there are three Ex-Officio trustees whom represent the TML Board, the TML IRP Board and the Executive Director of TML. All of the Trustees are elected or appointed officials of Texas cities and are elected to three (3) year rotating terms by the participating Members of the Pool. The Board of Trustees ultimately is responsible for the operation of the Pool on behalf of its Members and for maintaining excellent service.
