Benefit Books are written annually and sent to the Employer prior to the beginning of the plan year.

ID Card Development
TML IEBP will provide a standard ID card or work with the Member to develop a customized card.

Third Party Recovery/Subrogation
TML IEBP provides right of recovery services through the services of In-House Counsel.

Retirees
TML IEBP can direct bill retirees and will notify all participants of rate and plan changes.

Continuation of Coverage Participant Billing
TML IEBP may direct bill Continuation of Coverage participants.

Schedule of Benefits
Schedules of Benefits are mailed to the Employer prior to the beginning of the plan year.

Employee Benefit Guide
The Employee Benefit Guide assists Employees in understanding their healthcare benefits.

Employee Audit Handbook
The Employee Audit Handbook assists Employees in accessing tools that could assist them in the audit and verification of their healthcare costs.

Administrative Manual
TML IEBP furnishes a customized Administrative Manual designed to assist employers with benefits, administration and enrollment procedures.

Provider Directory
Provider information is available online or in a directory format. Provider Directories are distributed to the Membership annually, but access to daily updated provider information is available on the Internet at www.tmliebp.org.

Provider Coding Guidelines
The Coding Guidelines Manual is provided, upon request, to providers requesting information about TML IEBP's claims adjudication process. The Provider Coding Guidelines is also located on TML IEBP's web site at www.tmliebp.org.

Employee Onsite Education Meetings
Onsite Benefit Education Meetings are provided to the Membership. 100% employee participation in the Education meeting is requested. Meetings for spouse education are recommended.

Pre-existing Limitation Brochure
This tool may be helpful to new covered individuals. This document provides the necessary information for the covered individual to complete upon eligibility to ensure claims are paid promptly and accurately.
